Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Lombardia.app aims to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers or keyboard-only navigation.

What we do

  • Pages use structured headings, landmarks and labelled navigation.
  • Menus, dropdowns, filters and buttons can be operated with a keyboard.
  • Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images and videos are hidden from screen readers or marked as such.
  • Moving content respects the “reduce motion” setting of your device, and scrolling strips can be paused.
  • All content is available in English and Italian, and layouts adapt to phones, tablets and desktops.

Known limitations

  • A formal accessibility audit has not yet been completed.
  • Some older pages and legal documents may not yet meet every accessibility requirement.
  • Background videos are silent and decorative; they do not carry information that is unavailable elsewhere on the page.

Feedback

If you find a barrier on Lombardia.app, please write to us describing the page and the problem. We will try to fix it and, where possible, provide the information in an alternative format.
